This course is designed to supplement, not replace, the plan of your medical team.
This course is designed to help you in the 1-2 months prior to surgery and the 3-4 months following surgery to prepare you with an integrative approach.

In the months, weeks and days before we look at nutritional preparation, strengthening, sleep, and mindset. We look at all the ways stress affects our physiology, healing, and complications.

Then, in the days, weeks, and months after, we look at recovery in the light that it is not over when our incision heals, but continues until we have surpassed our own expectations for recovery.

Preparation and recovery is not just showing up, but paving a way that allows for optimal experience and recovery.
