Truth

I would like to get to the place where every patient undergoing surgery has the opportunity to improve their health prior to surgery. 

I would like to get to the point that recovery goes beyond when the incision is healed or the routine 6 weeks of therapy. 

I know I cannot reach everyone alone. 

I know that preventative care is not supported in our current medical model as much as we all want it to be. 

I know that with help, we can reach more people. 

With help, together, we can start to change the standard of care and support patients by giving them eduction and tools to empower themselves in improving their mindset, their nutrition and their movement prior to surgery.
